Washington, D.C. Departures:
Washington, D.C. has its own dedicated departure area.
California Departures:
Because of California’s size, population, and number of airports, we offer three options:
- Southern California Departures Only
- Northern California Departures Only
- All California Departures
👉 Heads up: Choosing more than one of these will result in duplicate alerts!
New York & New Jersey Departures:
Newark (EWR) is a major hub for many New Yorkers, but we also have members in New Jersey who prefer to get alerts only from local airports. If you want the best of both worlds, select both New York and New Jersey departures in your settings to maximize what you receive.
While LaGuardia (LGA) is almost entirely domestic, both Newark (EWR) and JFK have exclusive international routes and carriers that the other doesn’t — so keeping both checked means you won’t miss out.
Membership Tip:
Let’s say we have a member named Dave.
He lives in South Bend, Indiana — which has a regional airport that receives alerts. But since Chicago O’Hare, a major international hub, is only about 1.5 hours away, Dave also selected “Illinois Departures.” Why? Because O’Hare offers a huge variety of flights, routes, and carriers — which means more alerts, more destinations, better prices, and a higher chance of catching mistake fares.
