What is a mistake fare?

Mistake fares or error fares are just as they sound. It's when airlines or travel companies publish the wrong rate on their website in favor of the traveler.

Will they honor mistake fares?

Most all mistake fares are honored because of the bad PR it brings if they do not honor them. However, always wait 48 hours before booking any non-refundable travel after booking a mistake fare.

What is a flash sales alert?

Flash sales are deals that go mostly unadvertised by the airlines and are a way for them to reduce their liability by selling a certain percentage of seats at a much cheaper rate to ensure that the plane is full on the day of departure. We alert our members of these deals if the flight is 40% or more off the normal average cost for the alerted route.

Does the price include luggage?

The alerted price may or may not include luggage, and it is up to the member to look up the airline's luggage policy and luggage fees.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

When will I be charged?

You will be charged at the time of sign up or when your trial ends if you are on a free trial. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged.

Is there a limit of departure areas?

You may choose as many as you like; however, the more you choose, the more emails you will receive.

Do you offer discounts?

Our system currently does not have the capability for individual discounts. We only offer discounts as a whole for all members, such as free trials.

Do you sell airfare?

We do not sell airfare. We only alert our members of the deals found on airlines' and travel companies' websites.

Do give refunds?

We offer free trials to every one who signs up for a min of 30 days. Therefore we do not offer refunds because members who cancel prior to their trial ending will never be charged. We only offer refunds if there was a billing error that caused a member to be over charged.

Are your deals only last minute?

No! Most of our deals are for travel 2-9 months in the future with 80% of last years alerts being more than 3 months or more from the date of departure giving you more than enough time to plan what you shall do when you arrive.

Can personalize my destination?

Jetsetter Alerts knows that the unexpected deals are the best deals! This means we send you the best deals that leave from your chosen departure areas! This way every alert is exciting and you never know where we will send you an alert for next, other than it being a jaw dropping great deal each and every time!
