Purchasing a gift membership is simple. The recipient will never see or have access to your payment information, and the gift is a one-time purchase—not a recurring subscription. Because of this, 1-year gift memberships are the most popular option.

After your payment is complete, you will receive an email with a branded redemption link. You can then share that link directly with the person you want to gift a membership to.

When the recipient clicks the redemption link, they will be able to enter their email address and activate their member account without entering a credit card or any payment information.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately after purchase.

Gift memberships do not renew automatically like regular memberships. If you purchase a 1-month or 1-year gift membership, that is the only charge you will receive.

Once the gift term expires, the recipient can decide whether they want to renew on their own. Your gift is for the membership tier and term you choose, not an ongoing subscription.

You choose the membership tier, Gold or Platinum, and the gift term, either 1 month or 1 year.

How do I give them the membership after purchase?

After purchase, you will receive a redemption link by email. Simply share that link with the person you want to gift the membership to. Anyone with the link can redeem the gift by entering the name and email address they would like to use for their account, so only share the redemption link with the desired recipient.

How do I purchase more than one gift?

To purchase more than one gift membership, simply repeat the checkout process for each person you want to gift a premium Jetsetter Alerts membership to.

After each purchase, you will receive a separate email with that recipient’s redemption link.

How long is the redemption link good for?

The redemption link must be redeemed within 365 days, or it will expire. The membership term you selected will begin when the recipient redeems the gift.

Example: If you purchase a 1-year membership for a friend, but they do not redeem it until 6 months later, they will still receive a full year of membership starting from the day they redeem it.
